The overall objective of the study is to carry out a comprehensive survey on the actual use of Simplified Cost Options (SCOs) in ESIF under current rules  and to provide an overview of the intended use of SCOs for ESF, ERDF, CF and EAFRD and also in light of the process Omnibus regulation. 
The specific objectives are: a) To carry out an e-survey among managing authorities across all EU Member States, using a questionnaire b) To collect, process and analyse the data collected through the survey mentioned above from a large and representative sample of managing authorities across all EU Member States.
