The evaluation is a comparative analysis of the systems adopted by public administrations involved in the planning and management of the Regional Programme of rural development and Cohesion Policy (ESF, ERDF, FAS, EAFRD). In particular:
- Analysis of the costs and administrative burden for the management of funds and identification of good practices in the field of administrative simplification.
- Analysis of the experiences of integrated planning between public administrations
- Analysis of the organizational process in terms of the instruments adopted and resources used
