The overall objective of the project is to develop studies for the evaluation of the National Rural Development Programme during 4 years, in the 2014-2020 period. The service foresees the provision of 7 evaluation studies, out of which 2 evaluation studies necessary for preparing the consolidated Annual Implementation Reports to be submitted to the European Commission in the years 2017 and 2019. Other 5 evaluation studies are related to the performance framework, mountain area, development of small farms and associative forms, administrative capacity in implementing NRDP and environmental and climate measures in NRDP 2014-2020. Accordingly, the following activities are performed:
•  Activities for drafting the evaluation studies needed to prepare the consolidated AIR for 2017 and 2019;
•  Activities for drafting the thematic evaluation studies
•  Activities for analysing the net contribution of NRDP interventions to the change of the SEA indicators values and analysis activities regarding the degree of meeting the objectives of each measure of the NRDP, based on data contained in the draft of the annual implementation reports.
