As part of the promotion of a broader cultural change away from the use of traditional grant financing, and in order to be able to make better use of financial instruments (FIs) in the 2014-2020 programming period, this assignment generates raising awareness content on the opportunities presented by the use of revolving funds. This involves the preparation of factsheets informing about the key benefits offered by FIs and case studies illustrating good practice of using innovative alternatives to grant financing. Audience to be targeted by the study contents are Structural Funds stakeholders and the general public.
