TIBERIU NITU
Tiberiu has over 7 years of experience in technical assistance and evaluation of EU-funded programmes, primarily within cohesion policy. He has been part of international research teams assessing the impact of interventions funded by Structural Funds and contributing to the development of programming documents, mainly in Romania. His work includes evaluating the Partnership Agreement in Romania and contributing to thematic assessments on Administrative Capacity and Large Infrastructure. Tiberiu has also participated in the evaluation of Rural Development Programmes.
Additionally, Tiberiu emphasizes the multicultural and international aspects of the policy areas under review. He has previously contributed to the evaluation of several Interreg and Interreg-IPA programmes in Eastern Europe, namely Romania-Hungary, Romania-Bulgaria, Romania-Serbia, Romania-Ukraine, and Italy-Croatia.
