Roxana brings over a decade of expertise in consultancy, with a strong focus on evaluating EU-funded programmes, providing strategic planning, and conducting stakeholder consultation. She has contributed to the development of socio-economic studies across various fields, including social inclusion, regional development, and innovation. With a focus on the sustainable development of communities, Roxana has developed expertise in addressing their economic and social challenges. In this regard, she has been involved in the preparation of regional and local development strategies. 

She has successfully managed and implemented numerous high-impact contracts for public authorities at local, regional, and national levels.
