Ruben is a policy analyst, mainly supporting t33 on projects related to administration simplification in relation to the use of Simplified Cost Options (SCOs) within the context of EU Cohesion Policy Funds. 
Before joining t33, he worked as policy analyst at the Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change (CMCC) in the ‘Information System for Climate Science and Decision-Making’ division (ISCD) and he also worked as a research fellow at the “Istituto di Studi di Politica Internazionale” (ISPI) doing research and publishing articles on issues related to the international dimension of climate change and energy policies and politics.
Education: PhD at the School of International Studies of the University of Trento.
