Study: ‘Study on Roadmaps for administrative Capacity Building – Design and Implementation’

DG Regional

  • Start Date: April 2024

  • Status: In Progress

The objective of the study is to provide an overview of ways in which Roadmaps for administrative capacity building have been developed and designed and are implemented in Member States where roadmaps have been developed, are being implemented or are still in a development phase. The study will gather information, analyse, draw conclusions, and identify good practices and challenges encountered by Member State administrations with regard to scope of the Roadmaps, stakeholders’ involvement, design and implementation phase, monitoring of the progresses and coordination and communication activities.

Data will be collected both trough desk analysis and through in-person focus groups and interviews with responsible bodies for the design and implementation of the Roadmaps and their beneficiaries.

The study covers 15 Member States and includes Roadmaps both linked to National and Regional Programmes.

The study is led by t33, in consortium with Spatial Foresight.
