Providing technical assistance to Provincia di Ancona was a valuable occasion to interpret EU programming principles on behalf of t33’s own territory. The main activities were:
-elaboration of an integrated programme for the rural area of the province, identification of priority criteria for the selection of the interventions to be co-financed;
-identification of priorities for intervention in the area of thematic and territorial cooperation, building of relevant partnerships and anticipated monitoring of appropriate sources of financing;
-focus on the energy issue and elaboration, in partnership with Marche Polytechnic University, of a technical proposal concerning energy efficiency in school buildings;
-understanding the territorial potential of this idea in the Adriatic area, exploration of the link with strategic use of Public Procurement, elaboration of a project submitted under the IPA programme;
-lessons on several subjects, including the 2014-2020 cycle of EU programmes, with special focus on ERDF.
